PRIVACY NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
This section applies to residents of the European Union.
Inspired Taste adopted this section to comply with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”). This section applies solely to Site visitors, users, and others who are residents of the European Union (“EU Residents”). Inspired Taste offers its Services to individuals located in the EU. As such, any processing of EU Resident personal data is merely incidental, and the GDPR is not generally applicable to Inspired Taste’s personal data processing activities. Without limiting the foregoing, to the extent that Inspired Taste’s activities implicate the GDPR now or in the future, this section provides EU Residents with the notice and disclosures required under the GDPR.
Data Controller. The data controllers of your personal data is Inspired Taste.
Lawful Basis. Inspired Taste processes your personal data (a) when applicable, with your direct consent; (b) if we have a legitimate interest in doing so, including administering our business, maintaining the quality of our Site and Services, providing customer service, or identifying new business opportunities; or (c) as authorized or required by law.
Additional rights: you have the following rights in relation to the personal data we hold about you.
