Our homemade burger sauce perfectly combines tangy, creamy, and sweet. It’s perfect for burgers, especially smash burgers! It’s easy to make, and I bet you already have everything in your kitchen.
1 cup (240g) mayonnaise, try homemade mayo
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon pickle juice
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1 ½ teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt, to taste
Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice, tomato paste, honey, and smoked paprika until smooth. Taste, and then season with salt.
Store burger sauce in an airtight container, in the refrigerator, for up to one week.
