This simple cocktail is perfect for brunch or to serve with appetizers later in the day. To make this non-alcoholic, omit the orange liqueur and substitute the sparkling wine with a dry sparking soda or apple cider.
3 cups (750ml) chilled cranberry juice cocktail
1/4 cup (60ml) Grand Marnier or triple sec, optional
1 (750ml) bottle dry sparkling wine, chilled
Lemon peel for serving
Fill each champagne flute halfway with cranberry juice (about 1/3 cup), and add 1/2 tablespoon of Grand Marnier (optional).
Top with the sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon peel.
